TUTOR - PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy ("Policy") is a legally binding agreement between the tutor ("Tutor") and Studentutor ("Company") regarding the collection, use, and protection of personal information in connection with the provision of tutoring services through the Studentutor platform. By providing tutoring services through Studentutor, the Tutor agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Policy.

1.1 The Company collects personal information from the Tutor, such as their name, contact details, qualifications, and relevant background information, for the purpose of facilitating the provision of tutoring services.

3.1 All online tutoring sessions conducted through the Studentutor platform shall be recorded.
3.2 The Tutor shall inform the Customer at the start of each tutoring session that the session is being recorded for quality control purposes.
3.3 The recordings are exclusively for quality control purposes and are mandatory. Quality control pertains to the Tutor's performance and does not include the evaluation of the Student's performance.
3.4 The Company shall ensure that the recorded sessions are securely stored and accessed only for the purpose of quality control and dispute resolution.
Data Retention
4.1 The Company shall retain the Tutor's personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy, or as required by law.
4.2 Upon termination of the Tutor's engagement with Studentutor, the Company shall securely dispose of or anonymize the Tutor's personal information, unless otherwise required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
